Moreover, there were technical issues with chatbots and handling sensitive documents that complicated matters. However, by implementing a secure system for organizing internal documents, providing accurate responses with proper references, and utilizing advanced language models for valuable insights, we were able to overcome these issues and provide our client with a reliable solution.
