Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, vendor partners.
- Follow-up with vendors/partners and source candidates based on their speciality
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Onboarding:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks and preparing offer letters.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure new hires are properly onboarded.
