IAM Process Architect

Role Overview:

As an IAM Process Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the identity and access management (IAM) landscape within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around process definition, solution development, and ensuring accountability for IAM-related initiatives. Additionally, your storytelling abilities and presentation skills will be crucial for effectively communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Process Definition and Development:
   
   Define IAM Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into well-defined IAM processes.
   Develop Efficient Workflows: Design streamlined workflows for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
   
   

2. Solution Ownership:
   
   End-to-End Solution Ownership: Take ownership of the entire IAM solution lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance.
   Integration and Alignment: Ensure seamless integration of IAM processes with existing infrastructure and applications.
   
   

3. Accountability and Governance:
   
   Security and Compliance: Uphold the security and integrity of IAM systems by adhering to industry standards and organizational policies.
   Documentation and Standards: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM configurations, processes, and procedures.
   
   

4. Storytelling and Communication:
   
   Craft Engaging Narratives: Use storytelling techniques to convey the importance of IAM processes and their impact on organizational security.
   Presentation Skills: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to share IAM insights with stakeholders, leadership teams, and technical audiences.
   
   

Qualifications:

1. Education:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience:
   • Proven experience (4+ years) in IAM process design, development, or a similar role.
   • Deep understanding of IAM principles and concepts.

3. Skills and Attributes:
   • Process-Oriented: Ability to define, optimize, and document IAM processes.
   • Solution-Driven: Passionate about creating effective solutions that enhance security and efficiency.
