With 3 or more years of experience in ServiceNow and 2+ years of experience in Service Portal
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Service Portals.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.
- Align with process owners and business stakeholders to understand business requirements
and translate them into technical requirements. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, scripts, and
system interfaces. - Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the Service Portal.
- Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and
handle general updates and configuration changes. - Create and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions, along with supporting
knowledge transfer to stakeholders. - Ensure the latest ServiceNow release is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no
disruption to IT operations. - Provide ServiceNow operation support, including promoting, testing, and deploying
ServiceNow updates and new releases.
Required skills might include:
Experience with ServiceNow Portal development.
Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow customization, including JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML, CSS.
Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of ITIL processes.
